| i ordered for the first time with marshall ward and that shall be the last! rubbish service first they changed the amout to be paid without having the decency to inform me, then when the good came one item was a wrong size finally when it came to organize returns i called the 0870 no about 15 times at various times of the day and each time whether it was early am or late night or afternoon it said lines were busy and then hung up on me leaving me with a bill of at least 15 pounds to pay!! absolutely rubbish service |
