| Maplin use DHL for delivering goods. Maplin sent the goods to cardholder's address rather than delivery address. Cardholder was out so telephone call to DHL to re-arrange (which can only be done through automated system). Waited in all day, no delivery. Telephone call to Maplin customer services, 30 minutes waiting on an 0870 telephone number before decinding to hang up. No reply to email after 7 days of waiting.
VERY POOR SERVICE. |
